Our Story

I grew up in a small farming town in Vryheid, South Africa, and loved biltong from a young age. After emigrating to the United States, I continued making biltong and other air-dried meats for family and friends. 

I am so excited to share this aspect of South African culture with those who may not have tried it before, as well as my fellow South Africans who want authentic jerky.
